COTAparalegal is a virtual position (part time or full, your days and hours) specializing in foreclosure offense using chain of title assessment “COTA”, quiet title and/or TILA rescission on a 1099 independent contractor commission only basis to do YourCaseSite’s (case intake and supporting documents, statutes, cites) for clients on a partner basis with www.COTAparalegals.US
Requirements are paralegal certification (or possible equivalent experience and knowledge), computer (Windows 7 or better, MAC or Linux equivalent), high speed internet, printer/scan/copy/fax ability, headset with microphone, able to use www.join.me as either presenter or attendee. It is also helpful to have Skype.
Additional requirements are experience in and/or a general knowledge of the mortgage fraud in general by the major banks using securitization, mortgage backed securities “MBS”, derivatives, MERS, document manufacturing using robo-signers and robo-notaries. Either from working for an attorney, law firm, or personal foreclosure on your property.
